Beginning at the Chautauqua Lake Outlet, you'll find completely untouched swamps overflowing with wildlife and natural sounds and smells. But it doesn't take long for the river to make its way into the the core of Jamestown, where abandoned industrial infrastructure, bridges, dams, and a power plant bump up against nature.
